From Approachable to Adventurous
City Landing’s cuisine features sustainably grown, ingredient-driven dishes that showcase bold and thoughtful flavor combinations and artful presentations, peppered with updated and refreshed classics. Chef Bill Brodsky’s sourcing spans from local New England farms and fishing piers to small-batch artisanal cheese producers, sausage makers and old world grain mills.
The menus have been crafted to appeal to a wide array of tastes, from those who embrace more simple fare to serious food enthusiasts. “Offering something for everyone, but at a high quality standard, is what we’re after” says Brodsky. “I think most people feel
as I do. I can appreciate a killer mac n’ cheese dish just as much as a well balanced, clean trio of tartares.” Brodsky presents his menu on a collection of over 40 different pieces of china which have been hand-selected to perfectly accent each dish.
For bar diners, the chef introduces his “Bar Crumbs” concept, consisting of three rotating small plate specials where he turns out foodie renditions of ethnic and regional American favorites. Big flavors, small plates and the perfect pairing to the various bar staples make this a popular choice for the after-work crowd.
